I liked Nozomu. He's the hot and cold type that has never been in love before. He trusts no one but himself and has very high walls. He may sound harsh but turns out most the time that was his defense mechanism to hide his embarrassments or self-consciousness.
Our heroine breaks poor Nozomu's precious watch. He's very materialistic it seems. Most rich types are in these worlds. He uses that incident to trap the heroine into using her travel expertise into helping him with his app and she slaps him with some harsh reality. She says while the app is amazing its sad that it actually takes away the feelings one feels when they travel. Especially with a loved one or friends. With Nozomu's personality this just pisses him off and he is more determined than ever to prove to her he can make an app even she will love. Of course, our beau is astonished he even cares what she thinks so much.
As time goes buy they spend a lot of time together talking about travel and the app and he decided to go on a trip with her. That trip was the catalyst. A seed began growing and it drove him insane. The more it grew the more her expressions of sadness, happiness, and even anger affected him.
Every story always has a turning point. Theirs was the previous app the heroine rejects. The data for the beta version of the discarded app was stolen. Betrayed from the inside Nozomu closes everyone off. And tells the heroine to kick rocks. "You can't help me. Don't ever come to my company again" That was the very first time Nozomu feels the emotion REGRET. He very quickly lost all confidence and stopped working. He assumed it was because of the betrayal but deep down the look in the eyes of the heroine, the pain on her face when he told her to disappear and never come around again was slowly eating at his heart. But for a man who has never loved, he simply becomes enraged at the feeling. it scares him, he doesn't understand it. Later the heroine uses that released stolen version of his app to take some surveys hoping that it will encourage him by hearing thoughts of travel agents in her company.
Once again he meets her with anger and disgust. He assumes she's trying to make him indebted to her. He can't fathom that there are people out there who genuinely care about him and want him to succeed simply because they care. Not because he's rich or famous, but because they care. The very moment he growls at her in disgust and turns her away she shoves what she was trying to give him into his hands and simply passes by him.
At this point, the story builds back up from there. She's extremely sad, depressed and heartbroken but even this chick hasn't realized its cause she loves him. She's just as dense as he is. Then he invites her to a company gathering where he announces some good news, there's a sweet moment with the two of them and then a confrontation with the betrayer and then the moment we all have been waiting for!
"You fulfilled your contract." "This is The End"
Not exactly what she was hoping for. She leaves the venue with a fake smile that our beau suddenly realizes isn't the smile he's come to adore. With the simple words "Finally free!" she tries to leave but then Montage! Scened of all their special moments play through and sadness grips her. At that moment she hears the one voice she was hoping for.Yes, that's it for the story. Realizations were had and love was proclaimed. The Super Happy Ending is the only ending aiming for because the normal happy ending pissed me off. This girl actually runs to him. He's supposed to be in his office at this point even the POV shows his office but in the main story, it shows the venue hall for some reason. Anyway, she blubbers on about what she doesn't want it to be the end then confesses. It was the most boring ending ever. No way I would go to him. Even with a temperamental hot and cold personality if that beau wants to be with me in either ending he should come to me. I mean he pushed her away until the end. No way would I go back all desperate like. I don't know I just didn't like that normal ending. Rare for a normal ending to be a dud for me.
