Rheo Usami

There are many spoilers in this review so if you are just looking for a spoiler-free walkthrough then check out the Walkthrough. There are many of the same walkthroughs out but I'll share mine as well. I'll also post In Demand Route walkthrough soon. Doing that as more depth and flavor to the story. It's the first time a prologue has to be purchased through but, it's still worth it.

Hoo boy. There is a lot going on in this story. Soo much to talk about. Rheo is the famous "REO" He's a pop star basically. It's like every voltage title has to have a pop star or movie star (Unless its a title full of popstars lol)
Anyway, Rheo is a very guarded and complicated beau. Right out from the start he declares you are his girl. Even when you reject that declaration out of sheer astonishment, he does not back down. He is obsessed with taking pictures of you when he takes you on dates or is hanging with you. just tons of pictures. He seems to be trying to capture every single face you can make.
One night he takes you to a deserted building. This is when you first start "Dating" You immediately think he is up to no good until you see the gorgeous view. This is where, for some reason unknown to Rheo, you share your first kiss. This throws you for a loop. It also is when you begin to fall for this hunky pop star.
That is until a rumor come out in a tabloid and you worry about its truth.  Is it truth or is it false? Our heroine convinces herself it's false. She wants to trust him until he picks you up that day and he gets a call from the very person from the tabloid. You overhear some of their conversation and curiosity kills this cat. Furious at the question you are all but thrown from the car and left in the middle of nowhere by Tokyo standards. No stations, no taxis, nothing. A part of Rheo feels regret but he pushes that feeling down claiming the heroine isn't who he thought she was. Saying she's just like the rest. (So not true Rheo, you are just too traumatized by your past to see reality)
And of course our heroine, after speaking to Rheo's best friend, realizes that that rumor is impossible considering how much Rheo despises his looks being center of attention. He loathes his good looks. She runs right to his apartment. To apologize of course. His view of her changes that moment. But the damage to their relationship is set in stone due to a choice he made the moment he approached her. At some point, they get much closer. he sneaks onto one of her tours, bails her out when they have issues. Closer their hearts get. He takes her to a club and of course, all the desperate rich girls throw themselves at Rheo and they degrade the heroine when he isn't near her. She constantly second guesses herself and her right to be with Rheo. The first time he takes her is after the first concert he invites her too. That night the label demanded he writes a love song which he rejected violently. "Love is stupid. I write what I want" No wonder our heroine doesn't trust this relationship. She heard that loud and clear that day.
The second time they do to the club he invites her to give her Larme cakes some rich girl gives him. Thinking an expensive cake will get her a roll in the sheets. Nope. He feeds them to the plain girl in spite of the dirty looks they give her. He finds her trying to quietly leave the club but stops her. He's kinda angry to be almost ditched a second time. She asks one question. "Why me? Why? You are surrounded by beauty why choose me?" The question floors him. He cannot understand why she questions him so much, but he answers without coming up with something to just keep her around. He does, after all, have a motive for their "Relationship" He simply agrees. "You're right. I am surrounded by beautiful girls but not one of em could steal my heart like you have" He is amazed at how much he means this statement. He is also afraid by this point.
After this, he ends up completing his song. A song he wrote with her pictures in mind. He decided to share the video with her. The moment the song ends she is crying at how much she is touched that her photos inspired such a beautiful song. Her honest review causes his walls to crumble and the moment he embraces her the label calls congratulating him for..... fooling a regular ordinary girl to fall for him to inspire his next hit...
That's it. It's over for him. She asks if its true and reluctantly all she lets him get out is It's true before she tells him he's a horrible person and she runs out.  This girl goes through many gallons of tears. Her friends now despise Rheo and Wataru, his only real friend is ashamed of him. And through all this, that stupid bartender rubs salt in her wound. Reminding her she never told him how she felt so why cry. Then he tells her where Rheos next concert is. She leaves there intending to run to the concert hall unawares that Rheo complete rewrote the song which becomes a love ballad declaring his love for her of course when someone unexpected stops her begging her not to go and choose him. It really is unexpected. If you manage to get the Super Happy End it's a really sweet and yet typical Rheo like ending.
I enjoyed it. Rheo is the perfect mix of tormented, romantic, and mischievious hottie. Though don't bring up his looks too much. As usual, the normal endings didn't leave much of an impact which means getting that SHE is all the more worth it.
